Avocado Chicken Caesar Salad Recipes

Poultry and Avocado are my 2 summertime obsessions best now… I’ve had this salad a minimum of 15 times in the last month I believe, and the bit tortilla garnish is a delicious enhancement that I HIGHLY suggest. The tortillas are cleaned with oil and full of garlic & Parmesan cheese, after that put straight on the grill- PHEW.

1 small avocado peeled & diced
1 small chicken breast marinaded in Caesar dressing & grilled or pan-seared
1 heaping cup iceberg lettuce
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons Caesar salad dressing
Spices for Avocado
Garlic Powder
Garlic Salt
Cayenne pepper optional
Tortilla Bread Garnish
2 mini tortillas
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Take the diced avocado & spray lightly with each flavor. 
Integrate with all various other salad components & throw up until well integrated. 
For Tortilla garnish, comb each side from both tortillas with oil. Pile one in addition to the various other and in the center from both, comb on the garlic and spray the cheese. Location straight on the grill or in the stove up until each side crisp, flipping so each side is prepared. Cut right into 4 triangulars & put on the side from the salad plate
