japanese rice paper rolls

Japanese rice paper rolls are called Nama Harumaki and are a popular light dish or appetisers. ‘Nama’ means raw and ‘Harumaki’ is spring roll.

4 rice papers
4 cooked prawns
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 Australian avocado
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cups of carrots cut into sticks
12 mint leaves
2 Shiso leaves
¼ cups Sweet Chilli sauce

Wash bean sprouts, mint leaves and Shiso leaves to set aside
Cut carrots and shred lettuce.
Peel cooked prawns and set aside.
