Maple Waffle Breakfast Casserole

Maple Waffle Breakfast Casserole is the perfect breakfast to feed a crowd, it's also an amazing breakfast for dinner meal idea!

1 pound maple breakfast sausage
8 Eggo Waffles
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
8 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage for 5 to 8 minutes until fully cooked.
Toast the waffles and then cut into cubes. Place into a greased/ buttered 9x13 baking dish. Add the cooked sausage and cheese and toss together until evenly combined.
