Vegan Tofu Feta

This Tofu Feta is a perfect snack on its own or to add to salads or sandwiches for some tangy flavor.

1 14 oz block extra firm tofu drained and then pressed for at least 15 minutes
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 TB organic white miso
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 TB lemon juice
2 TB nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 TB Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl except for the tofu.
Cut tofu into small bite size pieces and place in a glass container large enough for the tofu to be fully covered by the mixture.
