3-Ingredient Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies | Vegan, Gluten-Free

These 3-Ingredient Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, easy to make and rich in chocolate. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast or dessert! Vegan, gluten-free, oil-free and refined sugar-free.

1 cup oats (GF)
2 small ripe bananas
1 big handful dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F or 180C.
In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add in oats and dark chocolate chips and combine.
Scoop 1 heaped tablespoon of the dough and form a cookie with your hands. Repeat the process with the remaining dough. I made 8 big cookies.
