Eggless Pound Cake Recipe / Cashew Pound Cake Recipe

Simple and easy cakes is what i love a lot. The cake with no cream, the cake which can be had with a cup of chai or milk is my favourite. I have shared many cakes like that before, this is one of my favourite among that. 



Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour / Maida / Plain Flour – 1 3/4 cup / 210 grams
Sugar – 3/4 cup / 150 grams
Milk Powder – 3/4 cup / 100 grams
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Unsalted Soft Butter – 100 grams
Baking Soda – 1 tsp
Baking Powder – 2 tsp
Thick Unsour Curd / Greek Yogurt – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
Milk – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
Water – 1/2 cup / 120 ml
Cashews – 1/2 cup chopped

(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

Method:
Preheat oven to 160 degree C. Take a loaf pan and butter it really well, sprinkle with flour and coat on all sides. Tap off the excess flour and set aside.
Take milk, water, curd in a jug and mix well
