KHARA BISCUITS RECIPE IYENGAR BAKERY STYLE

Ingredients (1 cup=250 ml)
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon milk powder
100 grams or 1/2 cup soft butter
2-3 tablespoons curd
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves
20 curry leaves finely chopped
6-7 green chilies very finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Salt

Instructions
Take butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Cream well until light and fluffy.
To this add whole wheat flour, milk powder, salt and mix well.
Add finely chopped curry leaves, cilantro leaves, green chilies. Also add white pepper powder and mix well.
