Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars

These Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars are a dream come true! Rich, creamy and loaded with buttery caramel and sea salt, they're a sweet and salty lover's perfect food!

2¼ cups finely ground graham crackers (about 17)
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 tablespoons (1¼ sticks) unsalted butter, melted
3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
½ cup purchased dulce de leche
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
⅔ cup purchased dulce de leche
3 tablespoons (or more) heavy whipping cream
To make the crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy removal. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until coated. Press evenly in the bottom of your pan and bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
