Healthy Bounty Bars (Homemade, Vegan)

These healthy bounty bars are made with only 4 ingredients, no-bake, refined sugar-free, low-carb and super healthy. Entirely Paleo, Vegan and Gluten-free!

2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips 70% or more, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup optional

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the unsweetened shredded coconut, the coconut milk, the maple syrup (optional) and the melted coconut oil thoroughly with a spoon.
Press the mixture evenly into your lined loaf pan.
Transfer to the freezer for about 45 minutes.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
